ROAD SAFETY

All parents and children are required to use the pedestrian crossing outside the school whenever crossing the road. At 3:00pm there is a patrolled crossing supervised by a teacher, which everyone crossing must use. Children who walk to the Waitakere Township are accompanied by trained Road Wardens and supervised by a teacher until they have crossed Waitakere Road.

There is a 40km speed limit in place outside the school from 8.45am to 9.15am and 2:45pm to 3:15pm on school days.
